Pearl Servat is a marketing leader and strategic brand builder known for driving growth across consumer tech, healthcare, and entertainment. She specializes in fractional CMO services, brand and digital marketing, and integrated campaign strategy — turning ambitious ideas into market realities.

With a foundation in communications that sharpened her storytelling and audience engagement skills, Pearl evolved into a versatile marketing executive who has launched breakthrough brands and scaled digital strategies for growth-stage companies and regulated industries alike.

At Wedgewood, she preserved 90% of affected revenue despite strict regulations while expanding revenue on other product categories and reimagining the brand and digital customer experience. At Verizon’s Visible, she led initiatives that doubled brand awareness and increased subscribers by 40% YoY — earning recognition as one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies and an Adweek Challenger Brand (2x).

As Head of Global Marketing at Philymack (a Roc Nation venture), Pearl blended creative direction with strategic execution — building brand equity, driving record-breaking performance, and uncovering new revenue streams across entertainment, digital, and social impact campaigns. She previously spent over a decade at entertainment marketing and communications agency PMK*BNC, representing talent at the intersection of branding and entertainment.

As a mother, Pearl is deeply passionate about advancing women’s rights and child-focused causes. She serves on the board of Eluna, a national nonprofit supporting children impacted by grief or addiction. She also holds an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill, bringing a rare mix of heart, hustle, and strategic vision to every project.
